Yes, but not regularly. It's pretty stable and contains most of the features one would need from a debugger. Quite a learning curve to extend though it seems. It has increasing industry backing though which is very positive.
It's worth you evaluating further certainly - can hardly beat the price ;).

No, but I have tried it out.
The C/C++ editor is really crap. Powerful, but over complicated. It's too slow.
