Hi All,
Is there a JDEC or other std for 4Mbit (256kx 16) for the TSOP II package.
Is there a documented spec that the mfg's adhere to ?

Surely you're more interested in what the mfgs actually make ?

As it happens, the pinout *is* standard. As I don't feel like getting the link, go to your favourite memory manufacturer and get a datasheet. The TSOPII 54 and 66 (SDRAM and DDR respectively) are the same pinouts across the industry.
