Hi !

ULN 2803A = M 54585P (Mitshubishi) = TD 62083AP (toshiba)

ULN 2803LW = M 54585FP (Mitshubishi) = TD 62083AF (Toshiba)

Przy okazji .. uploadowałem plik z zamiennikami na elektrodę, ale, że pierwszy raz to robiłem to sam nie wiem gdzie to trafiło. Plik nazywa się ULNxxx_zamienniki.jpg. Może uda sie znaleźć. Tam jest większość zamienników ULN2XXX
