Tylko ze ten czas powinien byc na tyle krotki, aby po ukazaniu sie rastra, obraz byl juz stabilny .

Moim zdaniem cos jest nie tak , i zaczol bym od drivera odchylania pionowego (trzeba szukac usterki w kierunku od cewek odchylania przez driver az do procesora odchylania )
