W tej kontrolce active-X nie można zmienić domyślnego portu 4321 na inny? to po co jest ta możliwość w ustawieniach?

Może jest inny program do tej kamery, a może kontrolka sama pobiera ten nr przez port http, a może miało być ustawiane, ale programista miał zły dzień. Mnie nie pytaj, nie widziałem tej kamery na oczy, tylko popatrzyłem na instrukcję.
