czy w kartach katalogowych tych diod podaje sie prad dla pojedynczej diody (2040 - 20A 3040 - 30A), czy calkowity dla obu?

Raczej nie:

STPS2045CT

IF(AV) 2 x 10A

W innych PDFach widzę zgrabne ominięcie tematu i piszą 'per rectifier' a nie 'per diode'.
