Witam Czy kombinacja Philips ARM LPC2292 (I/O=3,3V) + RAM SR614008HSA10J (5V) ma szanse na zadziałanie? Procesor ma porty 5V compatible ale nie wiem jak to wygląda w praktyce.

IMHO nie ma sensu, lepiej kup RAM 3V i po sprawie. Polecam od razu przejście z całą resztą peryferiów na 3V a tylko tam gdzie się nie da (np. LCD chodzący tylko na 5V), dodanie buforów 74LVC245.
