SMD transistor ????

Ich habe einen smd Transistor, aber ich kann nicht das datasheet finden. Es ist ein wenig grösser als normaler SMD Transistor. Es ist gekennzeichnetes N1 Y2 (auf einem anderen MB gibt es Äquivalent gekennzeichneten A016). Es ist nahe dem ATX Stecker eines PC mainboard. Kann es ein N-ch mosfet 0.3A 20V sein? Ein Ersatz? Danke im voraus. Slang

I have a smd transistor but i can't find the datasheet. I't a little bit bigger than normal SMD transistor. It is marked N1 Y2 (on another MB there is an equivalent marked A016). It is near the ATX connector of a PC mainboard. Can it be a N-ch mosfet 0.3A 20V? A substitute? Thank you in advance. Slang
