gibt es einen "Standardtyp" mit Icc < 200µA, Versorgungsspannung >20V in SOT23, optimalerweise >100Khz? Eingang Ucm muss bis Masse gehen. Am besten noch halbwegs beschaffbar...
Generell sieht das Angebot an Lowpower-OPVs mit >6V ja schon eher schlecht aus, und wenn dann meist dual oder quad, wenn klein dann unlötbare CSPs.
