TO-92 logic level mosfet

Htio sam si nakupovati za igranje i testiranja par komada logic level mosfeta koji izgledaju kao "normalni" tranzistori, dakle da imaju malo

izgleda nema?!! Svi su u nekim minijaturnim (mikrojaturnim) smd

mikrokontrolera.

Ima li nade za mene?
