standardni NE555, pogledaj datasheeat za shemu

dobro mozda to sto trazim i nije astabil ali slicno je...

Tesko da ce dobit periode jednakog trajanja, a i frekvencije od 1-2Hz su vraski teske za slozit sa NE555 (skombinirat odnos onog konda i otpornika za trajanje perioda), ja probo slozit za digitalni sat...
