hi i need help in making a bell /buuzzer board, the kind of thing that is used on t.v panel games where the quickest on the bell/buzzer lights their light and gets to answer the question. i hope someone out there can help

I like the first circuit, with the 12VDC power supply (2 6V lantern batteries in series is OK for school stuff, where you can't plug anything in) and the 6V lantern bulbs. It's just about the stone simplest type of indicator circuit for this stuff (and the parts have Digi-Key part numbers). The only addition I would make is to put 470 ohm 1/4 watt resistors between the gate and the cathode of the SCRs to help prevent false triggering.

The addition below the first circuit is good if you want to add a buzzer. Be sure to use a separate 9V battery for the buzzer like it says, as it might trigger the SCRs.

Good luck Chris
