regarding hybrid parameters

where r these hybrid parameters used ? what for they r invented ?

Hybrid parameters are used when other parameters don't work so well. The h param works well with the pi and T transistor model because input and output resistances are mixed with voltage to current relations which is why they were called "hybrid" in the first place.
