TTL equivalente?

Mi si è fuso un'introvabile SN74LS48, un "BCD TO 7-SEGMENT DECODER". Chi mi sa dare una sigla di un equivalente meno obsoleto? :-)

74248 ma non so se e' compatibile pin-to-pin

Ci dovrebbe essere il 7447 ma e' open-collector se ricordo bene.

Provato gia' con CMOS 4511, 4056???

ciao Antonello. E' la stessa ricerca che ho fatto io. gli 74LS246 ~ 247 ~ 248 ~ 249 dovrebbero andare bene, ma anche un C-Mos credo non si offenda: le ricerche mi dicono un 4511 e Francesco me lo conferma. La velocità non mi interessa in quel punto del circuito, quindi anche un C-Mos va bene.

Ora farò due prove. GRAZIE ad entrambi. ;-)

Non ho ancora provato nulla. Appena vado giù in laboratorio smanetto e vi dico. quello che ho scoperto, di sicuro, è che il CD4048 *non* è equivalente! :-)))))

C'è una discreta guida sui TTL: il 74LS249 è identico al 74LS48.

Occhio che a memoria questi ic sono uguali nella piedinatura, ma se non sbaglio differiscono per tipo di display (anodo o catodo comune) e per uscite open collector o meno.
