mi hanno dato dei transistor surplus ,forse militari, con scritto RT033 oppure RTO33 0(zero) oppure O ,sulle caratteristiche non ho trovato niente su vari motori di ricerca . sono in contenitori TO-39. Notizie informazioni? grazie.
