XOR IC

Sep 08, 2011 6 Replies

Hi all,

Does anyone know of an XOR IC that can be used with a 9V rail. I have been checking but all appear to run off 5V? I guess I could cobble something together using other Gates (AND, Inverter etc) but really needed just the one XOR gate for my design.

Cheers,

Osman

CD4030. Its a Quad though.

You can use the extras as inverters or buffers.

Nobody uses discrete gates any more man..

Sure they do:

'Scuse me. I missed the word discrete.
