But all apparently fixed and working "normally" as of 06:20 this morning. Just _how_ they got it all cleaned up I am currently trying to find out from an aquaintance who works at TfL. It looked like a complete nightmare on the photos though.

Umm, yeah, a nice mixture of sugar and concrete dust in electromechanical relays and the connectors they plug into. It won't be good at ALL! They probably know this, and will plan on replacing all the gear that actually was submerged in the mess, which appears to only have been the very lowest row of relays. Presumably, they can do this repair work in the middle of the night over the next couple weeks.

I didn't know sugar would stop concrete, but then I don't work with the stuff every day. It's probably common knowledge among concreters.
