Anyone have information on a VP95 PMOS FET?



I can't even find a datasheet let alone a Spice model. ...Jim Thompson

Something in the back of my head says "Old Siliconix". Possibly used in audio??

I don't know the source... it's in a hybrid circuit I'm supposed to macro-model.

However that's potentially a good lead... I have some absolutely ancient Siliconix data books ;-) ...Jim Thompson
