Don't bother. Two sexes allow us to shuffle our DNA, which give enough variation in each generation to let us adapt to a changing environment. Asexual reproduction - cloning - doesn't. Evolution isn't great at optimisation - it finds good enough solutions and sticks with them.
Optimisation programs need mechanisms to reach beyond the local optimum, and evolution hasn't come up with that yet, any more than it has come up with error-detecting and -correcting data coding.

Milk can be frozen without losing flavour (unlike cottage cheese). You can also buy filtered milk which lasts longer.
For shotguns it is logical. The gage is how many balls of the diameter of the barrel will weigh a pound.

Indeed. We get a (single) delivery of five 2-pint bottles each week, and they go straight in the freezer. They are subsequently transferred (as required) join the tail end of a row of four in the fridge, where they slowly thaw out, and get moved up the queue when the oldest is empty and removed.

I quite like green macaroni cheese. You add green pesto to the sauce and frozen peas just before you brown the topping in the oven or under the grill.
I had a Lee Enfield .303, bored out to 410 shotgun gauge. I put the odd .303 up it.
I wouldn't drink it if I could smell it. Anyway I mainly use milk in tea, especially in the summer (when I have grapefruit, fresh or canned, for breakfast rather than cereal or porridge with milk); milk goes blobby in hot beverages.
Did it rattle? The .303 used the black powder convention of measuring land to land so the actual bullet* diameter is .311. Many 7.62x54R Mosin Nagants are happier with .303 Enfield bullets that the .308 bullets used by the 7.62x51 NATO.
