Time was when this group was mostly about US politics. Seems things have changed. What a s*it-show. And all so easily avoidable. So much for MAGA. Clearly Trump was just yet another Israeli-firster. If he'd only have stuck to what he promised, it could have been so different. What a wasted opportunity; what a shame. Being Israel's bitch has it's consequences. Nixon was right: that lobby has *way* too much influence.

Trump now seems to have moved on to being Putin's bitch. And maybe Kim Jong Un's.

Both are the dictators that Trump would like to be.

And Trump "sticking to what he promised" is a bizarre concept. He failed as a businessman

with six of his projects going bankrupt because they didn't deliver what he promised. He did get enough publicity out of the process to score the gig as "a business man" on the TV show "The Apprentice"

That - in itself - was an American variant of the 2001 Japanese business reality TV show, "Money Tigers". Alan Sugar played the same role in the British equivalent.

Alan Sugar was a much better businessman than Donald Trump, but less good at politics (perhaps because British politics is less primitive than America's).
