Donald, there are lots of links to the TL721 in many variations (with and without the CDF suffix). Did you hapeen to find a datasheet? I didn't.

That looks interesting, but I'm not sure it's the same part. This is definitely a Texas Instrument part (though for some odd reason it's not on their site), it might be a converter, for some reason I thought it was a comparator (which I guess a converter would sort of be).

The chinese makes using it a bit daunting, but most of the figures are readable enough.

A found some specs on the TI part:

So, it does seem to be a comparator, probably with standard pinouts, the above helps a bit, but a datasheet would be nice. Anyone?

The databook scan says TI. Easy enough to wire one up and check it out.
