The exponential converters would be where they need to be the most closely-matched but as they have a uP on there anyway they may be doing that in software since it's not in the audio signal path anyway.
AFAIK the ladder filter and VCA transistors don't need to be as close. I can't recall if the Minimoog was expected to play in tune when the filter was in self-oscillation.
