The recent heavy rains here have caused me to reflect on my huge collection of textbooks, all of which had to be carried to safety up a flight of stairs. Nothing was damaged or lost, but I think it's time to simplify my bookshelves a bit. Right now books are everywhere, but I've begun excavations and have found a number of physics texts and two (so far) engineering texts. I won't list the physics stuff here, it's mainly advanced undergrad and graduate-level group theory and quantum mechanics stuff; email me if you're interested at the address below.
Here are the two EE books, prices are delivered to you by Media Mail in the US, shipping will be higher for overseas.
Goldman, Standford, _Frequency Analysis, Modulation and Noise_, Dover (1967), paperbound with slight cover creasing, otherwise in excellent condition. $5.
Whalen, Anthony, _Detection of Signals in Noise_, Academic Press (1971), hardbound, like-new condition. $50.
You can reach me by email at sgold alum mit edu, but you'll need to insert the appropriate punctuation. Hint - there are three parts after the "at" sign, so you'll need two dots.
