Believe you me, it won't. You are articulating pure Chicago School free market capitalism, otherwise known as fairy tales for rich capitalists.

Unregulated free markets give you boom and bust - which suits rich capitalists, because they buy up all the little guys for five cents on the dollar when the little guys go bankrupt during the busts, Keynes explained the mechanism many years ago - markets have inertia so you need a PID controller to keep them stable, which is a concept too far for believers in the glorious (if illusory) stability of the unregulated free market.

Keynes contributed the concept of traders taking money out of the market and leaving it in the bank - that, on its own, can give you a recession.

Care to specify how the second page - which covers the funding of public health care in general - could contradict the the third page - which covers the delivery of hospital care, which is only a part of public health care?

It looks to me as if it is you who needs to be more careful.

Since you do not want to see it, it does not matter. Just, if part of something is partly funded one way the whole thing is partly funded that way.

Since you realise that you made a mistake, you don't want to specify how.

In the real world the organisationa and administration of funding is interesting and complicated. The way public hospitals are funded doesn't need to have much to do with way the other forms of public health care (provided general practitioners, clinics, nursing homes and so forth) happen to be funded.
