I don't know who designs their products, but I DO know that they're manufactured in China typically and find their way throughout the US and international market place; typically low-end products that I'm sure are sold under a variety of house brands as well.
But I never see much information on their products in terms of group discussions, user groups, etc. I've never been able to find a manufacturer's web site for manuals, replacement parts, etc. either.
Is there a website that caters to data and info from this manufacturer?
