I don't know. But is Claromexico different from other brands? Potentiometers are mostly very standardized.

I'm *guessing* that claromexico is related to Clarostat, who are now owned by Honeywell. So, you might try their web site,

ISTR that in the USA, potentiometers.com is a vendor for Clarostat pots.

In general, unless you are very lucky in terms of what style and options you need, potentiometers are a custom-order item, meaning the minimum order will be somewhere around 1000 to 10000 units, at several dollars each. Distributors only stock a small fraction of the thousands of styles and values available. If you are trying to find a replacement part for an existing device, your best bet will be to contact the manufacturer of the device and pay their horribly-inflated parts price.
