Robotic greetings...

Guy goes into a bar, there?s a robot bartender. The robot says, "Whatwill you have?" The guy says, "Martini." The robot brings back thebest martini ever and says to the man, "What?s your IQ?" The guy says,"168". The robot then proceeds to talk about physics, spaceexploration and medical technology. The guy leaves, but he is curious,so he goes back into the bar. The robot bartender says, ?What will youhave?" The guy says, "Martini". Again, the robot makes a greatmartini, gives it to the man and says, "What?s your IQ?" The guy says,"100." The robot then starts to talk about NASCAR, Budweiser and JohnDeere tractors. The guy leaves, but finds it very interesting, so hethinks he will try it one more time. He goes back into the bar. Therobot says, "What will you have?" The guy says, "Martini", and therobot brings him another great martini. The robot then says, "What?syour IQ?" The guy says, "Uh, about 50." Yeah, I'm more of a rum+coke type myself. Martinis are vile. But even sober, I let fuzzy words like "about" stay fuzzy. Why try to quantify a term that's intended to suggest imprecision?

When I was living in Minneapolis, I used to drive to Hudson, WI and buy Everclear grain alcohol, or its equivalent - there were a couple of other brands of 190 proof "vodka".

After all, the point is to balance the blood level in the alcohol stream, no? ;-)

I knew to be verrry careful with the dosage, but it was a wonderful buzz. %-}
