rf diodes

Anyone know of a good diode for an rf decter in the 2ghz range? I've tried a couple of Macom MA4e2054 Shottkys but they showed .3 volts for one & .2 for the other. A closer match, if possible, would be helpful. Also, a cheaper diode that could, hopefully, be sorted to find the best would be another avenue.

We like SMS7621, which is available as single or dual. BAT15 is similar.

We're paying 14 cents for the single diode version in SOD323.

What's your circuit?

The detector is a cap from an oscillator output to a grounded resistor and the diode. The diode is connected to large cap with a large resister to gnd and connected to a hi input impedence buffer. Minimum device so far. Thanks for the reccomendations.
