Hi, I am looking for a fast diode that can operate under the modulation of at lease 50MHz. Can anyone recommend one? Thanks a lot.

What are you trying to do with it? If it's small signals you're after then 50MHz is slow enough that even a 1N4148 should work fine.

Or a BAV99 if SMT. 50MHz would probably not even warrant the expense of a few more cents for a BAT54.

1N5711, axial-lead schottky diode, is a good general-purpose gadget.
