You're an idiot. You aren't even using Outhouse Express, and you're still an idiot.

Top posting is bad, idiot. Retarded even.

Newsgroup: alt.binaries.schematics.electronic CHARTER: alt.binaries.schematics.electronic

The purpose of this newsgroup is to create a forum for discussing, posting, requesting and using schematics.

Postings may include, but will not be limited to:

1 Graphic Images [Any Form} 2 Request for specific or general schematics
  1. Discussion of schematics posted or needed.

The group is unmoderated.

END CHARTER.

RATIONALE: alt.binaries.schematics.electronic Many people are hobbyist, and as such, they create electronic designs that are not for profit. These people do, from time to time, create web and ftp sites to share electronic schematics. alt.binaries.schematics.electronic would be the place for all people to uploaded/download/request/critique/and discuss schematics.

alt.binaries.schematics.electronic. would also be great because in many existing newsgroups people do ask for a place to get schematics often. Specifically sci.electronics.basics has several messages per week on that very idea.

The new hierarchy created by this creation will provide a jumping off point for other groups that deal with schematics.

Potentially worthwhile newsgroup, created 4 March 1997, has some propagation problems. Sysadmins, please add this group.

Read the charter again, dude.

Newturd was not posting schematics.

In addition to freebin.readnews.com, there's biggulp.readfreenews.net . Both are free/open read only news servers that carry binaries. They're test servers (and free advertising) for pay services (readnews and octanews) so are rationed in various ways, usually by the number of users and connections per user.

Huh?

The difference between what I posted and what you posted was that I added a '>' to the start of each (non-blank) line (to keep any control messages from being interpreted by defective news transport software).

You appear to have some sort of comprehension problem.

I see nothing here mentioning whether to post at the top or at the bottom.

Perhaps we should post both at the top AND at the bottom so little roy will be happy.

Standard practice on Usenet is bottom posting. See the RFCs.

Good practice includes 'interspersed' posting.

Top-posting is rarely criticised where a simple quick reply ( without the likelihood of follow-ups ) is required though.

Hey. Nunayour-roy........ You can change your name, but the real person keeps showing through.

He used to be Dark Matter, or Damp Madder, or something, too. Just look for keywords "asswipe" and "retard."

John

Convention deficits? Are those people who don't go to enough trade shows?

John

How about this? Top and Bottom posting.....

Well, I knew just a little bait would put you on my hook, sucker (as in bottom-feeder).
