Maybe the new medical center near Ramstein airbase will open soon enough to accommodate the upcoming supply of service men and keep the wheelchair brigades from American streets. The existing 2 medical centers seem not to be up to snuff.

The US is wasting money defending Europe. Europe has been having wars for thousands of years and probably will for thousands more.

He's certainly a famous president. Greatness implies achieving something, and while wrecking the world economy would be a dramatic achievement, he doesn't seem to think that this is what he is trying to do.
My nightmares are Trump-free. The pleasant dreams don't include him either.
Trump does seem be to working hard to disrupt our lives, mostly by inept interventions in the world economy. It is an attention-getting activity. It's a bit surprising that you don't seem to be aware of its downsides, but Trump's professed aim seems to be to help the US economy (not that there's any credible evidence that he has).
And when it does happen you don't understand what they have said.
About the only statement of that sort that would get your attention would be along the lines of "John Larkin has posted an example of competent electronic design" and they do seem to be vanishingly rare.
This isn't any kind of mutual admiration society.
He extrapolated from his own situation. If Trump suffered from a disabling accident, the war with Iran would get unwound very rapidly.

America's short history does include a few wars, and Trump started one with Iran.
Isolationist American's don't like foreign wars in principle, but have fought quite a few of them anyway. They do seem to be an unprincipled bunch.
There's nothing maybe about selling them weapons. The US military-industrial complex is mad-keen on getting the American government to encourage it's allies to spend more on defense, on the basis that a lot of that money will get spent with the American defense industry.

argues that the industry has an interest in promoting over-complicated weapons systems that they can sell for higher prices.
The Ukraine's and Iran's cheap drones have put a crimp in that but the weapons industry is busy elaborating them in ways that will improve their cash-flows.

It is really the other way around. Germany pays 266 millions of the entire 1830 millions for the so-called hospital and no German citizen will ever be healed there. Contrarily, the ill-fated air show at Ramstein saturated the local hospitals down to Ludwigshafen and beyond.
That's 26.9 million per bed. If you believe that, you probably have strong beliefs in the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus, also.
If you want to count to count the years *without US war* since 'We The People', it is easier to to delegate the job to two experienced workers of a saw mill. They still can count them on their leftover fingers. Not much more than 12 needed. The time from Columbus to 'We The People' was used to eradicate the natives.
