-- Strange question, considering that it's coming from one of the worst off-topic offenders here.
-- As is your wont; to always be in the limelight by trolling off-topic bait and waiting to see who bites so you can post even more.
-- Clever! :-)
Wow, you must have hated Bob Pease.
Most of what I post is related to electronics design. Threads drift, so I sometimes comment on other stuff. Brains are involved in electronic design, so it's useful to examine how they work. There are a few chapters in Jim Williams' books, by various authors, musings on the origins of circuits and the mental processes of design. You wouldn't be interested.
What you mostly do, as you are doing now, is cluck and whine.

Don't most jet engines spin clockwise as viewed from the intake side? Pure prejudice on the part of the designers.

Check your own ratio. It's far worse than mine. Worse still if you adjust for the times when you are wrong.
All you do lately is whine.

100% whiner.

I will not do another treadmill stress test. After the last chemical stress test I am going to have to have a really good reason to do that again!
It seems to me that a stress test is like taking a piece of machinery and running it as hard as you can without breaking it. I hope the data is worth it because the mechanism is unlikely to be able to reach the same operating point again.

Agreed! Since I survived this "test it until it nearly breaks" trial, at my age, I think I'll just forget anymore of such crap. I still feel exhausted :-( ...Jim Thompson

Would you deny Larkin his soapbox ?:-)
But he's running out of fresh phrases of derision... he's reduced to "whine", "hen", "hag", "geezer" and "show us".
Larkin is nothing more than a narcissistic ignorant SOB who constantly needs to be on his soapbox so he can claim adequacy. ...Jim Thompson

Same make & model as Monty Burns's one.

It's easy: just discuss things, preferably electronic things, and quit all this silly village gossip nonsense.

So quit whining and design a better zero-crossing circuit. If you can.
