NYSE stock exchange trading is halted, starting about 11:32 EST. They say a computer glitch, but very little info coming out. Earlier all United airlines flights were grounded. No info if they have started flying yet. WSJ webpage down. Don't know if there is a connection between them. The DOW is down 1% at this time.
