Newby question: Seebeck coefficient

I am new to the group and not sure if there are ant protocols I am missing, sorry in advance...



I am looking for a Seebeck coefficient for n-type, P doped Silicon. Can anyone help me out?

SO, Wanderer...

Based on 'Figure 3.8: "Seebeck coefficients for differently doped n-type silicon samples"', at 500K, the researcher measured ~-1.2mV/K. Just to check, that is millivolts NOT microvolts? This page had concerned me.
