The fact that the SMD industry has recently re-discovered leads is so uplifting! First in the case of MLCC caps, now power transistors. Who knows, maybe there will be leaded CycloneV variants as well...

They even highlight that in the datasheet:

I can't get that delivery in the US unless I use overnight delivery or the USPS which has a Priority class which is not guaranteed, but usually gets here in 2 days while UPS and Fedex ground is 4 days. Go figure.
I even got a Priority package from California to here on the east coast in 2 days.
Are you paying for express delivery?
I don't understand. Three quarters of the package is a copper plate soldered to the PWB with a very small amount of package remaining to the leads. How much thermal strain do you need to relieve???
