Merge Purge question

Picked up bunches of RCL brand power resistors in our recent surplus buyout. The gold aluminum annodized heatsunk style.

Obviously a Dale/Vishay competitor.

I could find no current info on RCL.

Does RCL still exist and in what form by who?
