Use multibank external FETs...
That's a fairly routine circuit design using a controller of some sort, external gate drivers, and external FETs.
But you won't find a single chip.
There's probably a bazzilion app notes both from people making application- specific controller chips as well as microcontrollers (of which it seems like anything with more than 24 pins has at least one set of six PWM channels that can be used directly with appropriate gate drivers and FETs to do the job).
I've recently finished a smaller design (24V, 10A) -- email me off list if you want a design done, particularly if you have a need for it to be processor based.
--------------- Thnx for reply. I was thinking on using arduino, to cut the development costs. There is ready made schematics for smaller bldc motors and I would like to upgrade this for use on stronger motors. New bldc motor controller can be found for under $70 but i want to try my own... I will send you email in few days...
It should have occurred to me before: if you're doing a one-off, search eBay for servo motor drives and see what pops up. There's various interfaces; the easiest to use if you're new to embedded stuff is probably the direction + increment.
Key phrases would be:
Servo drive brushless servo drive servo motor drive
For that matter, if you're driving a fan in one direction, then a big electronic speed control for an RC electric airplane would work -- there are ones that'll handle what you want.
