Sometimes an Earth image has a real feature replaced by a cartoon. Check the reactor at 28°49'46.64N 50°53'09.46E in Iran.
The Three Gorges Dam is cartooned at various levels.
I wonder why they do this.

Perfectly normal map, aerial imagery, and high quality photos visible n GMaps for me. And in incomplete reactor just SE of that one too.

Can't find a cartoon anywhere in the area.
The satellite images in google maps are much less edited than the one in Earth. That's strange.
