I've been routing email through Google and Yahoo accounts in order to provi de backup as well as spam filtering. It used to work that if Google recogn ized an email as spam it would be filtered into a spam folder and would not be forwarded. But recently I realized the spam was also being forwarded a long with the good email.
That seems a bit crazy. Spam filtering only works for viewing email on the Google site and not for forwarded emails? I looked for a setting for this on both Yahoo and Google, but don't see one.
Oh well, I guess it was too easy to last.
