The problem of unwanted email spam has been eliminated completely with today's long awaited passage of House Bill 27-234. Which places a tax on anyone admitting to receiving any unwanted email. Initially 35 cents per email on a sliding scale up to $4.37 in June of 2015.
Because it would place an unfair burden on the spammers themselves and because of ISP considerations, the tax was placed on the sendee rather than the sender. The number of admitted unwanted emails is expected to shortly and dramatically drop.
Thus eliminating unwanted spam once and for all. Additional details are found at <

Let's get real here. You can pass all the bills and legislation you want, but it doesn't mean they will ever enforce it without forking over hefty retainers to greedy lawyers to enforce these new laws. Take a look at all the existing bills concerning telemarketers and collection agencies to prove my point.
Let's face it...We are a nation of cry babies. The more you whine, the more new laws get put on the books. I prefer personal responsibility myself. Paid too much for your house? Too bad for you. Buy a fixer upper next time. Why buy a 40K car from Detroit, when you can buy a good 5 year old car for under 10K, that was also made in Detroit. Get smarter with YOUR money people. Have too much credit card debt? Tear them up and pay them off...then get yourself a prepaid debit card...or better yet...live within your means...whatever happened to that line of thinking? Watch The wacky Suze Orman show...I don't always agree with her, but she can possibly save the rest of you from your own worst enemy...YOURSELF.
Let's stop the madness. Does anyone recall why our forefathers left England to begin with? That's right...ENDLESS TAXES & STUPID LAWS...Stop the endless insanity. Before Antarctica becomes the new land of the free, home of the brave...and no shopping malls nearby to squander all of your hard earned money.
We have been testing a new type of permanent magnet electric motor over in sci.electronics.design. It uses East and West magnets in addition to the standard North and South ones. Early results show up to 50% greater performance when the E-W magnets are added.
Unfortunately, it appears the new magnetic fields from our motors are interfering with some birds' internal compasses. We are talking to the EPA and the Department of the Interior about a program to retrofit the birds with small GPS receivers.
