This is already old news (9/7/07):
The question is whether or not they will use computers to at least pair them up with older photos, and possibly do deltas to accentuate changes worthy of human attention. Make no mistake there will be a lot of human activity noise that causes deltas as well, but 1 m resolution or so is pretty useful for this case.
