I'm seeking a quiet 4" fan with a grill, likely swiss-cheese design. I find the AC Infinity on Amazon, but they are brown. They sell a replacement grill that's white but not the unit with it; grr..
Suggestions?

Did you try Digikey? If you can find it on Amazon you should be able to get a part number. Did you look on eBay?

I looked at Digikey; they have many fans but AC Infinity offers the fan in a case with grill so I can cut a square hole in the cabinet.
It's likely moot; I heard back from AC Infinity and he's happy to make a unit in white.

That would be a 100mm fan. Googling by photos: Hmmm... not quite what you were seeking, but full of white bathroom fan grills.
This might be more useful: Well, maybe not. Lots of grills, but all of them black.
Maybe have someone make a white plastic grill using a 3D printer? Something like this, but in 100mm:
