What do you guys of of this out fit?

Ordered something over a week ago, first they don't report what they have for inventory on line but they take your order. Second, I get an email back stating its on back order and should arrive at my address in 7..10 days. that has come and gone.
If there are issues, it would be nice for them to at lest keep me posted.. I could of got these parts from a place that does indicate their inventory count online but decided to try these people instead.
