Electronic Weigh Scale

Can any one tell me components need for electronic weigh scale

That's more like it.

something (a pan) to hold the item being weighed. Something that gets changed when you put things in the pan. This could be:

A beam bends A spring extends or compresses. A gas or liquid gets pressurised.... or many other ways.

Something to measure the size of the change:

A strain gauge (or more than one) Something that measures linear deflection Something that measures pressure.....

Some electronics to process the measurement:

Bridge amplifier LVDT (say) converter etc...

Something to turn the processed value into a useful form:

An ADC A processor tochenge the ADC units to real- world units.

Some way of viewing the results:

An LCD or LED display A serial link to a host computer etc. etc.

There. That should be enough to go on.

Oh, and you'll need some means of calibrating it. stabdardised weights from somewhere.
