Be nice if you write a little more. anyways, resistor on the GATE to common (Source) ?

No, its better to use a MOSFET to do it. Then to discharge the gate of this add MOSFET you ... um ... er .. um . er

I know!!! You hook its gate to the drain of the first one. No added circuits needed!
