Just look on eBay or other. I bought a tape and extras. My tape is about 16 foot, cost less than $25, warm white and fairly bright. Also breaks down in sets of three LEDs. Mine is not waterproof, but some are.

What i have done is use tubular Xmas lights, either varicolored or all white, much more light but takes about 12 W per 12 to 15 foot rope. About
5/8 diameter and about 3/64 wall thickness.Don't seem to be very available now. They were about 10 to 20 USD per string.
