Would anyone have a data sheet for the old Signetics part N82F101F which I believe is a FPGA from the 70's

It's more likely to be a PLA. Could the 82s100 be similar?

Thanks, I think that's a good start - someone here thinks a mil crossref is M38510/50201BXA so I'm getting closer

The Signetics F series was just a Fast version of the Schottky series. Google on 82S101 and you'll get hundreds of hits. Here's #1
