It would be a waste of time is it were possible. He's never going to do anything.

The One Child policy is going to have interesting long-term effects, too.

And right next to them, the biggest offender in the area of overpopulation, India, with almost as much area, but even bigger numbers.

Nobody wants to hear what the real solution to this problem is.

Probably not - that's your injured vanity talking, an entity that we hear a lot too much from.

page 22 claims nearly 2000 deaths in the OECD countries since 1969, and nearly 15,000 in non-OECD countries. Hydro-electric power has killed a bit over 10,000 outside the OECD in the same period, and nothing else is remotely competitive.

I accuse you of being ill-informed because you claim that the consequences of global warming aren't necessarily going to be bad. This is way out of line with the scientific consensus, and suggests that you have been gulled into believing some depressingly blatant denialist propaganda. Your predictions may be right - you are too good an example of self-serving gullibility for me to discount the probability that the population as a whole will stay gulled until Exxon-Mobil and its friends have sold enough fossil carbon to give us seriously disastrous anthropogenic global warming.

And your evidence for this claim is?

It doesn't seem to work that way in Europe.

According to the report on Romney in the Volkskrant yesterday it's not the tax on capital gains but the tax on investment income, which used to be called un-earned income in Australia and the UK, and taxed at higher rate than earned income.

Capital gains are what you realise by selling assets. You would seem to the one of the ignoratii here.

Any big change will have some good, some bad. Overall, warmth and CO2 is what make plants grow, and people and animals do better in warm climates than cold. What's crazy is the "scientific consensus" that virtually 100% of the effects of more CO2 will be disastrous, and what's equally crazy is blaming so many things on AGW.

This AGW thing is a journalistic and scientific fad. It's fading already.

Numerous, apparently believable, sources. You might look it up yourself. There's this thing called "google" that you might try.

Those forms and worksheets refer you to other forms and worksheets, which refer you to other forms and worksheets, interactive, [...] for all the other forms of tax.

Ordinary dividends are taxed as ordinary income per the 1040 tax tables or pg. 86, whichever applies; qualified dividends at 15%; interest as ordinary income. Short-term capital gains are taxed at the ordinary income rate (35% for Romney). Long-term capital gains are taxed at 15%, except for the lower brackets, who pay zero.

Kids have to pay too:

The gov't spends a lot of time figuring out who's needier than who. Our time, that is.

No, you clearly can't think, or write. India does not have "almost as much area", in fact about 1/3 the area (3.3M km^2 vs 9.6M km^2). India does *NOT* have "bigger numbers" 1.2B vs. 1,35B.

You did *NOT* say anything about population density. In the future, do try to think.

The remark WAS about population DENSITY, you dense dumbfuck. Even what you said was.

I mentioned area and numbers. So did you, idiot. What the f*ck do you think that resolves to, you stupid putz!?

You ain't real bright, are ya boy?

Reply to

What a liar. You most certainly did not. Anyone who cares can just look back a few lines and see that you said *nothing* of density.

Proved that you're an illiterate dumbass but you did make it easy.

Not true.

China is the world's most populous country, with a population of
something like 1.34 billion people, with India falling a little behind
with about 1.17 billion.

Population numbers over area, idiot. I mentioned they were even more proliferant (numbers), AND I mentioned the AREA.

Get a clue, you retarded f*ck!

"Overpopulation" is a term based on density. The term reflects growth rate in a given geographic locale

Yes, and India is packed into a smaller region and the population grows at a higher rate, therefore, they have a more emergent problem. China IS big enough and has enough resources that would be enough for them if managed properly. India does NOT have ANY space to expand into, nor doe they have any resources with which to ease the problem.

Proper educational programs, especially for females, and stronger laws for males and adolescent males. They are the main problem.

ALL rapists should be snipped. either at the vas level or full nut removal. You do the crime, you pay the price. They actually should never be allowed on free soil again, but that is for another argument.
