Hello, in a embedded board I've seen two components in SOT23 package, one is marked "p 03" "31" other is "p K2" "47", both have p as lower case letter and "31" / "47" is written in vertical alignment after "03"/"K2".. I tried with DiodesInc datasheet but they aren't part of this family. Any help ?
