Yes, the TLA collision problem (TCP???) was recognized well before Y2K (ISTR that some nerd seriously claimed it was the biggest problem as Y2K approached), everyone should have converted to FLA's by now, This problem extends back to 2LA's, as in "If you look at Cisco's patents, I'm sure you'll find they have a lot of TCP/IP IP."
